Lady Sarah’s Secret (1979)


In 1840, Lady Sarah Cragston discovers that the orphanage where her father is governor is under cruel management with a Mr and Mrs Bonney. To help the abused orphans at the orphanage, Lady Sarah pretends to be “The Dark Lady”, a phantom said to help poor and abused people.

  1. As there seemed to be a discrepancy in the number of episodes, I’ve just looked out issue 315 of M&J. It contains the last two instalments, delivered separately. As it is referred to as ‘Your Judy Classic’ from 1988, I’ll check those Judy dates for you after I’ve fully woken up.
