Plot
Jane Watson had taken command of the pleasure craft on her maiden voyage when Ted Haines, her uncle, was forced to stay ashore because of an injured leg. It was vital not to offend any of the passengers since, if they demanded their fare back from Mr Haines, he would be forced to sell his boat to raise the money. The Walsh family were being particularly difficult.
