Plot

Belinda Blantyre and her pal, Babs, are carried over to France in a balloon belonging to Belinda’s eccentric Uncle Bernie. With a grapnel anchor they accidentally pick up a bag of uncut diamonds hidden in a clump of bushes, and are chased by the crooks who had stolen them. They are also being pursued by Uncle Bernie and Meg, another of Belinda’s friends.
