Plot:

Tim and Tracey Waring’s father owns the pearling lugger, Tern; anchored off the West Coast of Australia. He and his crew disappear while the twins are ashore and when they report to the police, they find the two missing Filipino divers there. One has been attacked underwater and the police suggest that Mr Waring or his engineer, Jim Cartwright, could be responsible. When Tim and Tracey return to the Tern they find a stranger on board.
