“Dolf” is drawn by John McNamara.
Thank you. I wondered who that artist was.
I suggested above that “What a Day!” might have been drawn by the elusive Martin Puigagut. However I’ve since seen signed artwork by him which makes it pretty clear that this story, and several other Judy and Diana annual stories by the same hand, are not his work.
I think the story was probably drawn by Jose Maria Bellalta. His biography on Tebeosfera says that he came to the UK in 1970 and founded his own agency, and that much of his work was done for DCT. The UK agency seems to have ceased in 1980, but he continued as a comics artist, and may have done further UK work.
Here’s a sample from a signed story from French Tina. To me, it looks very like the “What a Day!” artist, although I still can’t be certain.

The other annual stories which I think may be by him are:
Judy 1975 The Boy Next Door
Judy 1977 Gloomy Day
Judy 1990 A Package for Paula
Diana 1975 The Tell-Tale Ring
Another possible is Judy 1982 “Lost Saturday”.
Thanks for the update Goof, another new name to me so don’t have anything else to compare to, but have updated with “?”
