Plot:
Margie Newfield, a ten-year-old orphan, lived with her brother Fred and his wife Lily and helped with the housework and their children. Despite not having swam before Margie wanted to be a champion swimmer. Later under the guidance of her foster mother Mrs Braid she was on her way to becoming a champion swimmer.
