Plot
Winnie Woods is tasked with being a watchdog on Carla Carstairs, a spoiled girl who is on the brink of being expelled from St Wogan’s for misbehaviour. In return, Carla’s father, Sir Horace Carstairs, funds Winnie’s schooling at St Wogan’s. But Winnie finds that being Carla’s watchdog, keeping her out of trouble and foiling her schemes comes at her own expense.

The last episode Carla breaks bounds to ice skate. Her father pays a surprise visit, so Winnie has to break bounds to get Carla to return before her father finds out she’s not there. It ends with Carla thanking Winnie for fetching her back as she would have hated missing her father. Then she comments on how much Winnie pokes into her business and says “It’s almost as if you’ve set yourself up as my watchdog”. Winnie thinks about it’s a task skating on thin ice all the time.
