Beth of the Big Top

Plot

Beth Barlow helped her father run his circus. She was a problem solver and liked by all the employees. In one story when an elephant goes wild and his trainer is injured, Mr Barlow says the elephant most go. Krishna the trainer is upset by the news and said it was unlike his elephant to act out, and something must have happened. With some investigation Beth discovers that a boy staying with the circus had lost one of his pet mice and that is what scared the elephant so he is saved.
