Plot
Fourteen year old, Rose Manson (Moira Manson in the reprint) had great talent as an entertainer and mimic, and her wicked Uncle Charlie had used her to attract a crowd while, unknown to Rose, he picked pockets. Uncle Charlie was arrested, but Rose panicked and ran, and joined a fair.
