Plot

The story of the famous Native American (though told in a very biased  way!) and her friendship with the settlers of Jamestown. The story follows her life growing up in America and her travel t o England, marriage to John Rolfe and eventual death.

  1. I’m surprised that this wasn’t reprinted in 1995 to cash in on Disney’s Pocahontas.
    DC Thomson could have printed one strip per week in the pages of Mandy & Judy. If they didn’t want to do that, they could have reprinted all the strips in a small paperback book. They’d be laughing all the way to the bank.

    1. I haven’t actually read the story but knowing some other stories printed at the time, I don’t know if this 1958 story would have passed well in 1995.
