Plot

In the village school of Rittley the students must work had for their exams in the hopes of getting into a nearby Grammer School. All games, music and other activities are banned making it quite a miserable place. This changes when Dora Fenton meets with the mysterious Miss Hilda Julian, who has recently moved to the village. Miss Julian sets up a choir in secret.
