Plot:

Unscrupulous guardians Clive and Adelaide Stephenson think they have their charge, Danny Sinclair, confined to a wheelchair by hypnosis. However, Danny is secretly entering the Ballroom Queen Dancing Contest with Polly Prentice, the housekeeper’s daughter.
