  1. “Elvirita” does not end until Bunty #49 (December 20, 1958). It may have ended in issue #40 and started up again a few issues later as I don’t have any issues between #39 and #43. The first stories I have were set in Paris, and the later ones were set in London. She was heading home to Spain, the ship stopped in London and she got lost. There was also a complete Elvirita story in Bunty #60 (March 7, 1959).

    1. Thanks Ronnie, I had been looking at the publication in the National Library, but had gotten into the #40s issues yet, it did have a note of list of stories and said that Elvirita was to run for 10 weeks, which is why I noted it as ending in issue #40. When I go back I’ll check if it had a break over those missing issues!

  2. I have found another complete Elvirita story in Bunty #80 (July 25, 1959). So, there are at least two complete Elvirita stories after the series ends.

  3. There is another complete Elvirita story in Bunty #82 (August 8, 1959). There is also another Elvirita serial starting in Bunty #84 (August 22, 1959). The title is: Elvirita – A Haunted House-Secret Passages. I don’t know when it ends.
