Plot

Donna Murray aimed to win the Southern Ballroom Queen title in a dancing contest, knowing the money would help her widowed mother. Donna’s dance partner was Graham Bennett, but her well off snobbish Aunt Sophy was determined to make her dance with her Cousin Clarance instead.

Plot

The Freemantle family had a mystery guest, a girl called Cathy, who had lost her memory after a fall from a horse. When two men from the mysterious Alpha Project broke into their house search for Cathy she decided to move someplace else. Lindsay Freemantle went with her to help her.

Plot

Plot

Plot

Anna Small left virtually penniless after the death of her father was given a job by a distant relative, John Trelawney, cataloguing the books in the library of his home, the bleak forbidding Ravenscrag Towers. Also living there was John’s daughter a cripple confined to bed and hated by her father.

Plot

A series of complete stories involving a nursing theme such as:

The Escape Clinic
In 1914, Lisa Dubois worked in her Father’s Inn in Belgium but her ambition was to become a nurse. It seemed unlikely, until war broke out and she helps nurse an English soldier, then sneaks him to Brussels. There she gets help by a doctor who brings them to a clinic, that is secretly helping the Allies. Lisa gets to train to be a nurse under Edith Cavell until Edith’s execution.
