Plot
Newcomer Jane Baker has not yet made friends in her new district. She is told that when the full moon rests on Beacon Hill, wishes come true. Jane makes this to wish the scarecrow she has just made to come alive and be her friend. The wish comes true, and Jane names her scarecrow friend Suzy.

I don’t have many Tracy comics, so it’s great to read about these stories I hadn’t heard of. There are other stories where girls gain unusual friends after making a wish, but its first time I’ve seen one involving a Scarecrow!
I don’t have many Tracys either, only about half a dozen.
