Plot:

Zelda Smith works with her cruel uncle and aunt in a fake mind-reading act and is billed as Princess Zelda. She runs away and is befriended by some urchins who take her for a real princess. She maintains the pretence to keep herself in hiding.

Plot

Louisa “Goldilocks” Marshfield, the daughter of wealthy parents, is carried off with pauper children by mistake to slave in a cotton mill. She escapes with Tim and Annie Barr, but the road back to her home in London is a hard and dangerous one.
