Plot

Polly Potts worked in the cosmetics department at Heston’s department store with her friend Ann Hill. Polly was ambitious and longed to do well at her job, but she was so shy she let other people walk all over her. She had a sudden boost of confidence when a new mix of powder accidentally got on her.

The Bubble Ballerinas

Plot

Jenna Jones and her friend Lyn Marshall  were attending ballet class at the well known Demar School of Ballet, which was run by famous ballerina Madame Alice Demar – when the entire school is abducted by mysterious giant bubbles. They are takenremote island to teach Zuleika, the daughter of a wealthy Sultan, to dance. This is no easy task as Zuleika is not only a spoiled brat but also way too tubby to be a ballerina.

Plot

Stella Jones was manager to her young brother, Sonny, a pop star. Sonny’s American tour was turning out a huge success but proved to be more than Stella could handle alone, and reluctantly she had allowed Humphry Smother’s to become Sonny’s publicity Manager.

The Rainbow Girls/ Prisoners of the Rainbow

Plot:

By a strange quirk of fate, Raine Franklin and her little sister Wendy, had stumbled through the Spectrum Door which had led them to an invisible universe on the other side of the rainbow.  But the door had vanished and there seemed no way back home again. To make matters worse, time was travelling backwards at incredible speed.

The Faith and Hope of Charity Brown

Plot:

In Britain in 1931, life was very grim – no welfare state, no National Health and very little employment. For Charity eldest daughter of the Brown family, times were extremely hard. Her  mother had died and her father had gambled away the family fortune. Later he married again, but this was another disaster.  One day, Charity discovered her father and his new wife had stolen money from a famous violinist.

Plot:
