Plot

Rose Walker has a bad temper. So a witch puts a spell on her to help control it. Whenever Rose flies into a temper, anything she says in the heat of the moment comes true and stays that way until she calms down. This tends to lead to hilarious situations.

The Buckinghams’ Palace

Plot

The Buckinghams move from a poky flat into their “Palace”, a show-house that Mum won in a competition. But daughter Maggie soon regrets the acquisition because Mum becomes so house-proud over her new palace that she is causing all sorts of problems.

The Snobby Stantons

Sheila the Sham

Plot

Sheila Ward and her younger brother and sister have lived in a children’s home since they were orphaned. When Sheila becomes deaf after an accident, their hitherto disinterested aunt and uncle suddenly take an interest in them. This is because they are after Sheila’s compensation money. So when Sheila’s hearing returns, her guardians blackmail her into pretending to still be deaf.
